Greatly enjoyed location and staff, everything was clean and wonderful. The hotel room was cozy with a bed the size of a parade ground. It was reasonably priced for 4 star venue.

Its breakfast certainly should of been included.

Really enjoyed my very lovely stay in an ideal location. The staff were efficient and decent, everything was very good.

The location was magnificent, relatively near a small museum. We were there for 4 nights, overall had a very relaxing stay.

Absolutely fantastic breakfast, brilliant location, clean place overall. Classic queen room was warm and bed was lovely. A casual restaurant was affordable. Top-notch service during my superb stay. Parking was on-site and I paid extra gbp 21 per day to park my car.

It is a fabulous property located in Historic Centre of Brugge district so close to central Brugge and the centre of Bruges and the main streets into central Brugge. Accommodating, efficient staff. Amazing dishes, central location.

In a hotel like this - bad smell is unacceptable.

Pleasant location, the restaurant was awesome and the service was helpful. The pool was incredible, had a sauna and a jacuzzi. The beach was fantastic. Main bar was amazing and reasonably priced.

i liked the hotel, all the interiors were unique. room was a nice size, it had luxurious bathroom. comprehensive breakfast with lots of hot/cold dishes. the beach nearby was beautiful and the view was great.

The staff was HELPFUL and that's why we recommend it. Hotel's position near to market square and easy connection to minnewater lake. There was a train station not far away. Obviously we enjoyed the excellent location.
